Answer: Yes, or course a good Realtor should do all these things but wouldn't be nice to have this resource with you to help you ensure your Realtor is doing what he/she should do. There are also things you have to do too and this includes both sides. Plus, it keeps everyone on the same page. It can also answer questions you may have before you ever get started.
Here's what this doesn't do, it doesn't map out all the financing options that you have and that you will need to get from your Mortgage Lender. I always recommend starting with a lender first to understand what you can afford and the financing options that will fit your needs the best.
